Update rmlmapper access token

  • Update RML mapper token
  • Revert pyoxigraph update. The update was introducing breaking changes in the logic of the bulk_load method. A simple adaption wasn't working and from the fact this is not raising any vulnerabilities I would suggest to stick to the older version for now.
