Fix project specific SHACL generation and update schema to 2024.2

Please check carefully this branch. We execute the root nodes deletion after the merge of the two graphs such that the SPHNConcept and project root concepts are removed before processing the merged graph.

In addition, the constraint for DataRelease had to be fixed to match the new sphn schema IRI.. Otherwise it raises an error for project specific because it finds the additional property conformsTo
