Sphn connector 2024 schema

Changes are similar to the ones in the other branch. For the SPHN Connector we do not really use that logic but we instead use the logic from line 1376 in the new ontodoc.py

We build the prefixes in advance and then add them to the generated SPARQL queries. The prefixes are built depending on the list of URIs passed to the method.

This branch is exclusively used by the SPHN Connector to trigger the SPARQLer. I created a task for the future backlog to integrate those changes in the latest version of this repo. Maybe we can apply all the renaming ontology -> schema to the latest master branch and leave this one as it is for the moment. Would it be possible?
