Adapt master branch so that it can be used by Connector

• Added templates for Connector queries
• Update sparqler.py script such that it has special logic to generate Connector related queries. The original logic should be unchanged. Please test it intensively for your case before approving @663783507196 @philip.krauss
• Added retro-compatibility with 2023.2
• The hasCode queries will now be much more precise and go down to the deeper levels

In the Connector we will then only copy the file sparqler.py and use the rml_generator_lib.py directly from the Connector.
