Sphnc loadtesting fix

fixes bug in the loadtesting framework:

• changes .env variable extraction to config class
• removes unused library dotenv
• removes unused loadtesting functions: watcher and _safeguarding_optional_vars
• fixes project deletion
• includes cosmetic ordering of imports
