Update certificates logic

  • Add needed libraries to certificate handler (new Dockerfile)
  • Reverse proxy SPHN Connector MinIO API at port 1444
  • Add check to setup.sh to forbid defining NGINX_PORT as 1444
  • Remove extra hosts from Docker compose files
  • Fix grafana count for unified buckets
  • Use root certificate if provided to connect to external Minio and Einstein API
  • Push certificate_handler image to registries
  • docker-compose file and setup.sh temporarily using tag einstein-latest for Docker images
