Adapt /Get_status and /Ingest_from_database

As requested in #776 added the run_uuid when triggering the ingest_from_database. And add a report to the /Get_status endpoint.

/ingest_from_database includes now the run_uuid: ingest-from-database

/Get_status endpoint includes Pipeline-step "Extract-from-Database" with a patient count. get_status
