Add utility script to automate creation of self-signed certificate for testing purposes

Utility script to generate root-certificate and reverse-proxy certificate to use for Connector/Einstein combined tools. The user must specify an IP address or DNS in the script. Tested on my system with IP address and it works. Not tested with DNS.
