Update podman-compose.yaml

The podman-compose file has not been updated according to the changes introduced for Grafana. It is now updated similarly as the docker-compose file. The Grafana service is now accessible.

Just as side note (not 100% sure), but I think that for Podman the setup.sh script that executes the docker pulls is not consistent. Shouldn't it be podman pull?
