Handful of bug fixes and addition of exception

• Add better handling of exceptions
• Remove newline chars (sanitize input)
• Fix bug when comparing IRIs
• Remove autotranslation of 'or' to ';'
• Add exception corresponding to the 2024.2-bugfix-cardinalities
