better error handling/more logging

This is an error of the pylode, as the dataset2rdf was not running corrctly: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './docs/f43d6064-936c-4a81-bcc0-b01fa1dbbf36/SWAT4HCLS_testproject_Dataset_prerelease_2023.ttl'

We would want to have some little details what happened, at least where it happened:

• dataset2rdf
• SHACLer
• pyLODE&SPARQLer

Priority:

1. To know what tool had an error with the input --> Display in the logs and the Frontend
2. To know which was the error and other debug output from the tools --> redirect to the logs

Priority 2 is NOT high.
