Release: SPHN Interoperability Framework version 2026-1 release

Release of the SPHN Interoperability Framework 2026-1 with:

- the SPHN Dataset 2026.1
- the SPHN RDF Schema 2026.1
- the HTML documentation of the new SPHN RDF Schema
- the migration path highlighting differences between the SPHN RDF Schema 2026.1 and 2025.2
- the SHACLs and SPARQLs compliant with the new version of the SPHN RDF Schema
- the SPHN Dataset Template 2026.1 according to the new version of the SPHN Dataset
