Release: SPHN Interoperability Framework version 2025-2 release 
Release of the SPHN Interoperability Framework 2025-2 with:

- the SPHN Dataset 2025.2
- the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.2
- the visualization of the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.2
- the migration path highlighting differences between the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.2 and 2025.1
- the SHACLs and SPARQLs compliant with the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.2
- the SPHN Dataset Template 2025.2 according to the new version of the dataset
