Release: SPHN Interoperability Framework version 2025-1 release

Release of the SPHN Interoperability Framework 2025-1 with: 
- the SPHN Dataset 2025.1
- the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.1
- the visualization of the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.1
- the migration path highlighting differences between the SPHN RDF Schema 2024.2 and 2025.1
- the mapping table documenting changes in code usage between the SPHN RDF Schema 2024.2 and 2025.1 (including code substitutions, code inactivations, or replacements of SPHN individuals with (SNOMED CT) codes)
- the SHACLs and SPARQLs compliant with the SPHN RDF Schema 2025.1
- the templates among which:
  - the SPHN Dataset Template 2025.1 according to the new version of the dataset
  - the concept templates for change requests or new concept proposals
