Release: SPHN Interoperability Framework version 2024-2 release 
Release of the SPHN Interoperability Framework 2024-2 with:

- the SPHN Dataset 2024.2
- the SPHN RDF Schema 2024.2
- the visualization of the SPHN RDF Schema 2024.2
- the migration path highlighting differences between the SPHN RDF Schema 2023.2 and 2024.2
- the Quality Assurance files with SHACLs and SPARQLs compliant with the SPHN RDF Schema 2024.2
- Templates among which
  - the SPHN Dataset Template 2024.2 according to the new version of the dataset and the schema
  - Concept templates for change requests or new concept proposals
