Cardinalities in SPHN Mocker

Add or pass cardinalities from SPHN dataset in TTL format to JSON-schema format.

From what I understood, the SPHN Connector Lib applies this translation via RML, c.f. https://rml.io/ .

Either manually add the constraints or ideally automate the incorporation of cardinalities in format translation.
